As an Art Therapy Practitioner, I facilitate therapeutic art experiences that encourage self-expression and emotional well-being. While I am not a licensed art therapist, my certification—earned through Scholistico and accredited by IPHM, NCCAP, CMA, and the Centre of Excellence—equips me with the tools to help people explore their emotions through creative exercises.
Unlike clinical art therapy, which is used in medical and psychological settings, my approach focuses on empowerment, mindfulness, and self-reflection. Think of it as a guided journey of creative healing, where the process matters more than the final product.
